How Do I Register as a Player?

Can I have More than One Account?

Only one account is allowed per player. (This is unfortunately necessary to prevent abuse of our generous “Free Bonus Credits” policies.)

Players found registering multiple accounts are in violation of the Sunsetstrip Bingo Rules and may have their account(s) terminated and will forfeit their winnings.

I’m Having Technical Trouble. Who Can I Contact?

First, contact your Chat Master  in the game room. If he/she cannot assist you, then please send an e-mail to support@sunsetstripbingo.com.The subject line should identify the nature of your issue.

Describe your problem in as much detail as you can, the time it occurred, the game you were playing, even a screenshot etc. Remember to include your name, nickname and e-mail address.

If My Connection Fails, Do I Lose My Cards?

Our software tracks every card purchased for every game played. So even if you’re disconnected, your cards will still be played and your winnings will still be credited to your account.

I keep getting booted from the game.

We are unable to control your connectivity to our servers. The game constantly communicates back and forth with your computer. If this connection is broken due to a traffic jam somewhere between us, this is beyond our control. This is a reality regardless of what type of connection you have to the internet. Sometimes reconnecting to the internet will resolve this, and sometimes it is best to just wait awhile and come back a little later.
